001. Lemming behaviour
I guess everyone is posting about this whole laptop arrangement, so I will as well. I know it's odd and completely out of the blue for Forks and Sunnydale to have this opportunity given to us, but I for one am grateful. I mean, there's probably a catch, nothing in life is ever free, but you have to admit that it's pretty cool to be given a new computer like this. It's fully loaded with the latest technology, and it's pretty light. It allows for some privacy from the family computer, and the best part about it is that it didn't take working double shifts for three months straight to pay for it. I mean, I don't think that having to write in a journal is the best form of payment, but I think, from a scientific perspective, that it's an interesting experiment. I don't know how interesting they'll find what I have to say; that part I can't guarantee, but I bet everyone else will provide a much better glimpse into the minds of students at rival schools. Even if they don't, it's still pretty great that we got computers out of the whole experiment. Homework will be that much easier now that I can just take a computer with me.
